By installing or using the YouTube 600x browser extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

YouTube 600x is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-generated summaries, sponsor detection, clickbait flags, and other content signals when you hover over video thumbnails on youtube.com. The Extension offers both free and paid subscription tiers as described on our website.

3. User Accounts

Use of the Free tier does not require an account. Paid subscriptions (Pro and Max) require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your payment method. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
• Use the Extension to violate YouTube's Terms of Service
• Automate, script, or systematically scrape summaries through the Extension
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Extension
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent usage limits or quota restrictions

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, branding, and AI summarization system, is owned by YouTube 600x and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "YouTube 600x" name and logo are our trademarks. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

7. Third-Party Services

The Extension interacts with youtube.com, which is governed by YouTube's own Terms of Service. You are responsible for complying with YouTube's terms when using our Extension. We use Paddle for payment processing; your payment information is handled according to Paddle's privacy policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that summaries will be accurate, complete, or error-free. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies; you should verify important information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YouTube 600x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or our business. Upon termination, your right to use the Extension ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Extension or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
